Quantum Hypnosis
A guide to how it works, how to prep and what to expect day of and afterwards

How It Works

Quantum hypnosis is a very powerful, all-encompassing healing modality that goes further than other hypnotic methods in taking the client into the deepest state possible: the somnambulistic state. This final stage in the quantum hypnosis process is where connections are made to a client's past life or present life journey in order to receive what is needed for healing.
Before guidance into the very last stage — the somnambulistic state — of the hypnosis session, there's a progression into it that follows the same, natural brainwave states as when one falls asleep at night. The process is a very natural one, as we're in-and-out-of these same brainwave states every day. The session starts as follows: Upon laying down, the client is typically in low beta; then as soon as they close their eyes a major sensory input channel is shut down, shifting them into alpha. The practitioner then guides the client through a visual run of exercises till relaxed into the next slower brainwave phase, and holds the client with the proficient use of the voice in the theta brainwave state. Within the theta brainwave state is where one experiences most of their journey into past, present, or future timelines.

At Creative Conscious Healing, as the client is being guided through all the brainwave states, they're surpassing the analytical mind in order to enter the body's own operating system — otherwise known as the autonomic nervous system — and then connecting to their own guidance system. This can be compared to the likes of a deep meditation; just as one quiets the mind during meditation and relaxes, subconscious blocks are released, allowing for connection to one's higher-self. As compared to deeper relaxed states of hypnosis, the further we relax into slower brainwave states of theta and delta, our consciousness begins to move from left brain to right brain — the ego moves aside and the higher aspect of self takes center stage. This higher-self — what some call the oversoul — is the all-knowing side of us that holds many answers to one's personal dilemmas and the keys to one's path. The oversoul can be regarded as the part of us that is always present but is often suppressed, ignored, or confused with the ego. This is why quieting the mind through practices like meditation is important; the deeper you go, the further you can tune into your true self.
Theta brainwave and the somnambulistic state are difficult, however, to consciously sustain without the guidance of a capable quantum hypnotist. Theta is the last stage before one falls asleep, and coming right by delta is the somnambulistic state of deep sleep with the combination of different brainwaves involved, allowing one to be in a deep state of rest yet also able to speak and access answers to their own questions; and thus, these two states are the most vulnerable. Generally, only the most enlightened yogis and extremely proficient meditators who are adept at quieting and holding their consciousness to the extreme can access these states. It is still difficult at that point, though, to receive sufficient information. Under the practitioner's guidance, a client can have access to this state and venture wherever is therapeutically important, whether it's within this lifetime or a past, or even a future lifetime to retrieve whatever information is needed for their healing.

To understand the therapeutic states that we work in at Creative Conscious Healing, one should at least have a basic understanding of the brainwave states...

EEG studies have revealed that we shift from different brainwave states throughout the day. Quantum hypnosis works via theta brainwaves and the somnambulistic stage, bringing the client down through all brainwave states — actually, a very natural progression of states. For example, we experience theta brainwaves every day, mostly during the last stage before sleep and before fully waking up, and alpha during the deepest state of sleep. As another example, while watching tv, we go from beta to alpha after about a minute. In fact, the highway hypnosis drivers often feel during a long haul can transport brainwaves from beta to alpha to theta almost on autopilot.

The brainwave states are gamma, beta, alpha, delta, most important to Creative Conscious Healing are theta -- and the somnambulistic stage.

Gamma Brainwaves (30 - 100 Hz)

The gamma state is the highest, fastest frequency brainwave state with the smallest amplitude. Gamma state improves memory and perception, and is the optimal state for cognitive functioning. People with higher gamma activity are naturally happier, calmer, and more at peace. Monks and proficient meditators are able to be more consistently in this state. In a Creative Conscious Healing hypnosis session, we work within the lower brainwave states, guiding clients towards residing more in the highest frequency brainwave state of gamma to function at peak level. Please note though that brainwave frequencies and your body's frequencies are different, and at Creative Conscious Healing we look at the body as a whole integrated system and we work not only within the brainwave states but also the overall frequency of your body.

Beta Brainwaves (12-18Hz)

The beta state is our normal waking conscious state. It is an alert state, when one's attention is focused outside of the self. One is fully engaged with the external world, with a task on hand or a difficult, complex problem to solve; less intuitive messages arise to the surface in this active awake state. This is a conscious, more active state that when quieted, allows one to experience the other brainwave states during the hypnosis session.

Alpha Brainwaves (8 - 12Hz)

The alpha state is a relaxed and aware state of calm and tranquility. It's coined by scientists as the "alpha state of mind," where one begins shifting into right brain activity — which means less critical and more imaginative, creative, and intuitive. This is a state when the mind is not concentrated on something; it is an idle awake state that can be experienced when one closes their eyes to meditate, to relax, or right before falling asleep.

Theta Brainwaves (3.5 - 8 Hz)

The theta state is often referred to as the healing wave and the all-important REM dream state. During a session, this level of consciousness is where the journey begins and access is available to the subconscious, including the inner child, and past life, or deeply buried historical memories. The theta state is an interesting state that can occur while in a light state of sleep or awake doing something repetitive. It's a state that's commonly referred to as being in autopilot. It can be experienced while running long distance, driving on a familiar route, or in a highly creative state. This is where the beta mind is running in the background, making space to freely explore and receive information.

Delta Brainwaves (0.1-3.5 Hz)
Delta brainwaves are the greatest in amplitude and slowest frequency brainwave state, known as the ideal state for restorative healing. In this deep sleep state our awareness of the external world is closed off, which allows for free flowing access of information from our unconscious mind, the universal mind and the collective unconscious. This state is mostly experienced while in deep sleep. It is possible for some to embody this brainwave state while awake with focus and dedication to a meditative practice.

The Somnambulistic State
Somnambulism is the deepest state of hypnosis that is right in line with the delta brainwave state and experience. It is what sleepwalkers experience. The conscious mind is completely aside in this state, which means no limitations and a completely clear channel for information. Healing is possible in this deep state of rest, where connection is formed with one's higher consciousness, or as some call the higher self, oversoul, universal mind, or collective consciousness. Typically, because this is the deepest sleep state, one has no recollection of conversation within this stage. However, for total comfort, transparency, healing, and on-going support, all sessions are recorded and transferred to the client after their session at Creative Conscious Healing.

How To Prepare

To have the most beneficial experience, it's important to give yourself sufficient time to consider the questions you would like to have answered or past experiences or traumas you would like to uncover, facilitated by the practitioner. You may have challenges you are looking to overcome or have symptoms you would like relief from. Please make two separate lists of these: One of general questions and the other of symptoms. Please include your name and birth year on your list. The birth year is needed, as it will be used as reference to quickly identify approximate time and age during your hypnotic journey and will help enable me to ask timely, appropriate questions. Also, list the questions from the most important to the least. Best efforts will be made to cover all questions, but as there is a window of time in respect to the comfort of the client to be under hypnosis and to allow for sufficient amount of time for each question to be appropriately answered, prioritizing the list would be in the best interest of the client. The session could run up to 7 hrs, so plan your meal-time accordingly. Also, please refrain from the consumption of coffee or other caffeinated drinks, as well as drugs to relax or sleep aids, within 5 hrs of your session.

What To Expect

Initial Consultation
Every hypnosis session starts off with a consultation, where all from this lifetime is laid out from early childhood till present moment through conversation. Anything or all that you're willing to share will be wholeheartedly listened to with compassion and zero judgement. Practitioner-client confidentiality is of the utmost importance. We start off with your reasons for having the session, and go over your list of questions along with symptoms, if any. After all is uncovered and we've gone over all the major aspects of your life and the reasons for having the session, we'll go over the important people in your life. It's necessary to know the main people in your life so that if they come up during your hypnosis session, they can be identified and I'll be better able to address what is needed based on what I've learned from our consultation. The main session is the hypnosis session, but the consultation also plays a valuable role in the healing process. Conscious connections and newfound perspectives are formed. It's here where all the ground work is accomplished in order to be a better and more well-informed advocate and guide through your hypnosis session.

The Session Itself
After all has been uncovered and addressed in the initial consultation, we then begin hypnosis, starting with deep breaths into relaxation. The process is similar to guided meditation or the dream state. My voice is used as a rhythmic tool to encourage relaxation into theta brainwave, and then down further into delta and the somnambulistic stage. Once you are in theta, I hold you there with my voice throughout your journey into multiple lifetimes to retrieve whatever information is appropriate. Theta brainwave is the ideal state for your hypnotic travels. It's the state where you're able to receive information within different timelines pertaining to your soul. As your guide and advocate through the session, I'll be sitting beside you exploring alongside, asking non leading questions and going wherever is appropriate into past, present, or future lifetimes to find understanding, releasing, or reactivating energy — whatever is needed. Quantum hypnosis is not just limited to releasing trauma; it is a very powerful, full-encompassing healing modality. Besides all the other boundless healings, clients have experienced another important aspect is the bond that is created with one's higher self. The general goal for every session is that all clients leave feeling empowered with a transformed perspective and a newfound connection to their own guidance system — the higher aspect of self. The session will be recorded and given to you for support on your path and will provide further healing.

Review

As you awaken from hypnosis, it's best to move slowly before fully standing, as time is needed to adjust from the deepest state of rest. We'll go over what you remember, and fill you in on what you don't. It's always exciting to hear from the client on their thoughts, feelings, and revelations of all that has been uncovered, as it's often one of the most transformative experiences of their life. Most of the journey in the theta brainwave state will be easy to recall, but the somnambulistic part of the session is often not remembered, as it's such a deep relaxed state. Though, there seems to be a shift as more clients have been remembering more of the entire session as consciousness is universally evolving. Regardless, nothing will be missed, as it's all digitally recorded.

Afterwards
***Please do not listen to the recording while driving as the resonance of the voice may put you to sleep. You may also want to listen to it in private as there may be sensitive information you're not consciously aware of yet.***
It's best to eat something, to ground if possible, and refrain from going back to sleep immediately. Sleep should be within your normal timeframe. Don't be surprised if you go to the restroom often, as it is a release — we've worked through a lot! Even after the day of your hypnosis session, further healing can occur and clients often receive further answers during sleep for weeks. Pay attention and keep an open-mind to messages. Sessions are recorded to provide continuous support and healing, as when we integrate back into the reality of the world, it is up to one to follow through on the path with all that has been received. Please continue to listen to your recording as often as possible, as you may hear something new that you've missed before or hear something helpful at just the right moment, which clients have reported on numerous occasions. A hypnosis session at Creative Conscious Healing is a deeply transformative experience, with a lot to integrate back into the reality of everyday life. If you wish for further support, individualized counseling sessions are available. In the meantime, enjoy this new lighter version of self, and now that you've gotten acquainted with your own built-in guidance system, you'll be better equip to navigate through life and trust in your-self!
